At Maple Leaf Basement, every project is carefully planned before a single board is cut. The most expensive mistakes in GTA basement renovations happen before construction begins - missing permits, structural surprises, and code errors that could have been caught at the design stage. Our in-house service eliminates these problems from the start.

We focus on three key areas:

  • Design Services — floor plans, 3D visualizations, layout development, and material selection
  • Construction Drawings — BCIN-qualified architectural drawings, complete and OBC-compliant for permit submission
  • Permit Management — Building, ESA, and plumbing permits prepared, submitted, and managed through final close-out

⚠️ Important: Unpermitted work can result in stop-work orders, mandatory demolition, fines up to $50,000, and serious complications at resale. We never build without required permits.
